In accordance with the provisions of article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, identification and personal data, in the case in question composed of your images, acquired directly by Zhermack S.p.A., with offices in Via Bovazecchino 100, 45021 Badia Polesine (RO), Italy, data controller, are held and processed for the purposes of carrying out what is specified in the release for the use of the images in Zhermack advertising campaigns which you have signed, in addition to for fulfilling other obligations envisaged by the law.
Personal data will be processed using instruments, be they manual, electronic or IT-related and memorised on paper and/or magnetic or electronic supports, for the time strictly necessary for the completion of the purposes for which it has been gathered or processed and, in any case, even subsequently, for the time strictly necessary envisaged by the law for documentation for legal purposes. Data will be processed and stored using methods which ensure confidentiality and safety. Without prejudice to communication and dissemination carried out in order to comply with legal obligations, personal data may be communicated to subjects that provide our company with specific functional activities inherent to Zhermack advertising campaigns, such as business and company consultants for which the company asks you to express your explicit consent.
At any time, the data subject may exercise his/her rights in accordance with section 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, which here is shown in full, with the limits and conditions envisaged by sections 8, 9 and 10 of said decree, and in particular the right: to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exists, regardless of its being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form; to be informed: of the source of the personal data; of the purposes and methods of the processing; of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing; to obtain: updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed; certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) of section 7 have been notified, as also related to its content, to the entities to whom or which the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected; to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though it is relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
