Consent to the sending of marketing information using automated tools is extended also to the traditional contact methods. The right of the data subject to object to the processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes using automated contact tools is extended to the traditional methods, without prejudice to the possibility of the data subject to exercise this right in full or in part, i.e. objecting only, for example, to the sending of promotional communications via automated means.
