Oktober<\/strong> hat an unserem Hauptsitz in <strong>Badia Polesine, Italien<\/strong>, die <strong>Zhermack-Live-Veranstaltung \u201eTrain the Trainer\u201c<\/strong> f\u00fcr das Jahr <strong>2025<\/strong> stattgefunden. Die Energie, Leidenschaft und Hingabe aller Teilnehmer wirken bis heute nach und erf\u00fcllen uns mit gro\u00dfer Dankbarkeit und Begeisterung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Laufe von zwei ereignisreichen Tagen tauchten <strong>12<\/strong> <strong>wichtige Meinungsf\u00fchrer<\/strong> aus aller Welt in unsere Community ein. Sie wurden von <strong>2 Kollegen von Dentsply Sirona <\/strong>unterst\u00fctzt. Die Veranstaltung setzte sich aus umfassenden <strong>Theorielektionen und Schulungssitzungen<\/strong> zusammen, in denen die Produkte, Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe und Kernwerte unseres Unternehmens vorgestellt wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am ersten Tag standen<strong> Pr\u00e4sentationen \u00fcber das Unternehmen<\/strong> und sein <strong>Produktportfolio<\/strong> im Mittelpunkt. Die Teilnehmer kamen au\u00dferdem in den Genuss eines ausf\u00fchrlichen <strong>klinischen Vortrags<\/strong> \u00fcber <strong>Abformmaterialien<\/strong>, der von unserem Professional Service Manager, <strong>Dr. Nicholas Charles<\/strong>, gehalten wurde. Darauf folgte eine <strong>praktische \u00dcbung<\/strong>, in der unsere Materialien selbst ausprobiert werden konnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der zweite Tag begann mit aufschlussreichen, tiefgr\u00fcndigen <strong>klinischen Vortr\u00e4gen<\/strong> von <strong>Dr. Francesco Grande<\/strong> und einem ganz besonderen Gastredner, <strong>Dr. Davide Foschi<\/strong>. Im Anschluss waren die Teilnehmer zu einer <strong>F\u00fchrung durch unsere Produktionsanlagen<\/strong> eingeladen, die ihnen einen tieferen Einblick in das Herzst\u00fcck unserer Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeiten erm\u00f6glichte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Auflage 2025 der Zhermack-\u201eTrain the Trainer\u201c endete mit einer kleinen <strong>Zeremonie<\/strong>, bei der die Teilnehmer ihre <strong>Zertifikate<\/strong> erhielten und ihren erfolgreichen Abschluss des Schulungsprogramm feierten. Ihr Feedback, das wir im Rahmen einer Zufriedenheitsumfrage einholten, gab uns wertvolle Einblicke in ihre Erfahrungen und zeigte uns einerseits ihre Wertsch\u00e4tzung und andererseits den gro\u00dfen Erfolg dieser Initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieses bew\u00e4hrte Veranstaltungskonzept bietet uns die M\u00f6glichkeit, neue Redner auszubilden und sie auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten, <strong>Botschafter der Marke Zhermack<\/strong> zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir blicken auf diese beiden lehrreichen Tage zur\u00fcck und sind mehr als begeistert von den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen, der Leidenschaft f\u00fcr das Lernen und unserem gemeinsamen Antrieb, uns weiterzuentwickeln.
